For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation, we are the data controller in relation to personal data collected by us. Information you give us

5.3   We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

6.    Our legal basis for processing personal data

6.1   In line with the General Data Protection regulation, we have several legal bases for processing your personal data:

7.1   We use your personal data to provide our services arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and further services that you may request from us.

We take all relevant precautions to protect personal data.

9.    Disclosure of personal data

9.1   Credit and debit card details used to purchase though our online Shop are supplied direct to our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive such information. 

9.2   We allow access to your personal data by third parties only in so far as it is essential to provide the above services to you, such as couriers (to enable delivery of goods), website hosts and businesses which assist us in undertaking communications or monitoring our site.

9.3   In particular, we use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver communications. This involves the transfer of your information to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the United States of America. Your data is still protected as MailChimp have certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

9.4   We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at [email protected].

Your principal rights under data protection law are:
