9.    Disclosure of personal data

9.1   Credit and debit card details used to purchase though our online Shop are supplied direct to our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive such information. 

9.2   We allow access to your personal data by third parties only in so far as it is essential to provide the above services to you, such as couriers (to enable delivery of goods), website hosts and businesses which assist us in undertaking communications or monitoring our site.

9.3   In particular, we use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver communications. This involves the transfer of your information to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the United States of America. Your data is still protected as MailChimp have certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

9.4   We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications.
