A concept car (Strati) produced by additive manufacturing, also known as three-dimensional (3D) printing, was made using a carbon fibre-reinforced compound, and assembled and driven during the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), held in Chicago, Illinois, USA, on 8-13 September 2014.
