SCA's agreement with Vinda International Holdings to transfer its hygiene business in China, Hong Kong and Macau has been approved by the independent shareholders of Vinda. The Sweden-based global hygiene and forest products company is the majority shareholder in Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed Vinda, China's third-largest tissue company.
