The Tribunal de grande instance of Paris, France, has ruled in favour of DSM Dyneema, the inventor and manufacturer of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibre Dyneema(r), in a patent infringement lawsuit against Hangzhou Pivot International Co Ltd of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
