Growth in surgical and trauma wound care market to slow
Sales of wound care products used to treat traumatic injury and surgical wounds were expected to reach US$4.3 billion in 2003, according to a study released by Kalorama Information. But although these wound types represent more than half of the total wound care market, the impressive gains made over the past few years will slow.
