National Presto Industries of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA, has purchased the assets of privately owned NCN Hygiene Products, a small manufacturer of adult incontinence products and housetraining pads for pets. Based in Marietta, Georgia, USA, NCN reported sales of around US$10 million last year.
