Graphene developer Haydale, headquartered in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, is to acquire fellow UK company EPL Composite Solutions (EPL), a specialist in advanced composite polymer materials. Haydale and EPL, which is based in Loughborough, have already collaborated on a number of projects, and the acquisition is a significant step towards monetising Haydale's proprietary technology for incorporating graphene and other nano-enhancing fillers into composites.
