Complete the form below and click on 'Book a Conference Place' for each delegate you wish to book. Your booking will be registered and you will be returned to this page to allow you to book any further conference places.

The first delegate place is priced at €990, £792 or US$1,290. Second and subsequent delegate places are priced at €915, £732 or US$1,190 (all prices exclude VAT).

If you wish to book a Table-Top Exhibit, simply click on 'Book a Table-top Exhibit' below. Table-Top Exhibits are available at €720, £576 or US$935 (excluding VAT).

When you have finished booking a Conference Place and/or a Table-Top Exhibit, click on 'View Shopping Cart'; you can then review your bookings and go to the checkout to complete your purchase.

VAT - ALL participants have to pay VAT but this is usually recoverable by your organisation.

Cancellation: All bookings received are binding. Fee refunds will be given on the following scale: within 2 weeks of booking 100%; more than two weeks and before 15 September 2009 80%; after 15 September 2009 no refund. Delegates may be substituted at any time. PLEASE NOTE: visas are the responsibility of the delegates. IN Ltd will not make extra refunds due to failure to obtain necessary travel documents.

The organisers cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred should the conference be cancelled for any reason. Maximum notice of cancellation will be given to delegates.
