    Terms & Conditions of Booking

    1) All bookings received are binding, but delegates may be substituted at any time.

    2) Cancellations
    Fee refunds for cancellations will be given on the following scale:

    1. within 2 weeks of booking 100%;
    2. more than two weeks and before 4 October 2010 80%;
    3. 4 October 2010 or later: no refund.
    The same terms apply for issued but unpaid invoices.

    3) All invoices issued are legally enforceable worldwide and will be pursued for payment in accordance with the cancellation clauses in (2) above.

    4) Visas
    All visas and other travel documents are the responsibility of the delegate. International Newsletters Ltd will NOT make any refunds or allowances in addition to those in clause (2) above due to failure to obtain necessary travel documents, however caused. All delegates are advised to apply for any necessary travel documents as soon as possible.

    5) The organisers cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred should the conference be cancelled for any reason. Maximum notice of cancellation will be given to delegates.

    6) Insurance
    International Newsletters Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damage to the personal effects of delegates attending the conference. It is the responsibility of all delegates to have appropriate insurance cover for their visit.

    7) Programme
    The programme published on the site is correct at the time of uploading, but International Newsletters Ltd reserves the right to alter all or any of the programme for whatever reason.
