Industry looks towards Frankfurt for a timely and vital boost
As the home of the European Union’s (EU’s) Central Bank and with a long history of association with banking, Frankfurt is a leading financial centre closely associated with the world’s current economic problems. But the city has also hosted international trade fairs since 1240 and, as global recession strikes us all, it will be home to one of the most important for some time when Techtextil returns in June.
