Vestagen Technical Textiles has introduced the first of a new range of nanotechnology-based speciality healthcare textiles. The company, based in Orlando, Florida, USA, will provide apparel and textile products for use in environments where biological contamination of clothing can occur. Designed exclusively for the healthcare market, Vestex was launched at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's 2009 National Forum held in Orlando.
