A polypropylene-based nonwoven fabric claimed to have excellent surface appearance and stretch properties is described in US Patent 7 585 796 by Mitsui Chemicals. The nonwoven material is also said to exhibit a small residual strain and excellent adhesiveness to polyolefins, says the company of Tokyo, Japan.
