Antimicrobial absorbent article
A non-irritating, multi-ply antimicrobial absorbent article (110) has been developed by Kimberly-Clark. As US Patent 7 488 695 shows, the device features an inner surface (122) of an inner ply (12) treated with an antimicrobial agent (140) and an outer surface (121) of the outer plies (111, 113) treated with a siloxane composition (130).
