A reusable, bioactive menstrual pad that is claimed to relieve the symptoms of menstrual cramp and premenstrual syndrome (PMS) has been developed by the Medical Engineering Research Center, School of Medicine, Catholic University of Daegu and the Inocatex research centre of Yurim of South Korea.
