The advanced wound management market in Europe is experiencing high growth owing to the heightened need for better and more cost-effective treatment, according to Frost & Sullivan. As a result, the market is expanding strongly despite significant hurdles, including intense competition and low reimbursement. A new report, Western European Advanced Wound Management Market M34A, reveals that the market earned revenues of US$1.52 billion in 2008 and estimates this will reach US$4.35 billion in 2015.
