    Absorbent article with wings predisposed to their in-use-position

    In US Patent 7 449 013, Procter & Gamble describes disposable absorbent articles, such as sanitary napkins, panty-liners and incontinence pads, that have side wrapping elements (side flaps or “wings”) on each longitudinal side edge of the article for protection of the side edges of the wearer’s undergarment.
