    Court rules in favour of Bard on patent infringement suit

    A US District Court in Arizona has entered judgement in C.R.Bard’s favour in its patent infringement suit against W.L.Gore & Associates. The Court ruled that Gore failed to prove that Bard’s US Patent 6 436 135 was unenforcable due to inequitable conduct.
