The energy research centre of The Netherlands (ECN) has verified that the Konarka's flexible organic-based photovoltaic (PV) solar cells demonstrate outstanding high lifetime after comprehensive environmental testing under accelerated conditions, including high temperature storage and prolonged illumination.
