    Gecko-inspired bandage

    Researchers at the US-based Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) have created a waterproof adhesive bandage, inspired by geckos,which could be used alongside sutures and staples as a basic operating room tool for closing surgical wounds or internal injuries.
