A lightweight, flexible, aerating, compressive, thermal bandage is disclosed in US Patent 7 351 217 by Yvette Scherpenborg. The bandage is made by injection moulding an elastomer, such as polyurethane,with the addition of silicon and vegetable oil.Resin is used to colour the product.
