Kimberly-Clark has developed an absorbent composite (10) including a substrate (12),with at least part of this coated with an absorbent adhesive composition (14). The substrate is folded upon itself to provide a number of panels. Figure 6 shows the absorbent composite with three panels (13, 13' and 13").
