Effective from 15 March 2008, Freudenberg Nonwovens is to stop production on two manufacturing lines at its facility in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, USA. One of the lines produces chemically bonded nonwovens using staple fibre and the second is an adhesive web operation. Both serve the North American automotive market.
