    Cushioning devices for amputees

    A polymeric gel and cushioning devices for an amputee’s residuum are disclosed in US Patent 7 291 182 by Ohio WillowWood. As an alternative to traditional tubular socks, the apparel can also be used for non-amputees who desire or require padding or joint support.
