US medical technology company Kinetic Concepts (KCI), a supplier of advanced wound care and therapeutic surfaces, has filed a lawsuit in the state District Court in Bexar County, Texas,USA, against Innovative Therapies and three of its principals, all of whom were former employees of KCI and were involved in various aspects of the company's proprietary technology.
