Synergy Healthcare, a provider of outsourced healthcare support services in Europe, Asia and South Africa, has acquired UK-based healthcare company Vernon-Carus for GBP24.4 million, including the assumption of GBP8.1 million of debt. Synergy said the acquisition is in line with its strategy of increasing the range of services within its Patient Care division.
