Sweden's Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget (SCA) is forming a joint venture company together with Jordanbased industrial group Nuqul. The new company, in which SCA will own 50%,will manufacture and sell feminine hygiene products in 18 countries in the Middle East, including Egypt. SCA's purchase price for its 50% stake amounts to US$18.5 million.
