EUSA Pharma, a speciality pharmaceutical company focused on oncology, pain control and critical care, is to acquire the assets of Innocoll. These include worldwide rights to the antibiotic surgical implant Collatamp G for all markets except the USA, and similar rights to the late-stage development products Collatamp G topical and implantable CollaRx bupivacaine for post-surgery pain control.
