3M is to acquire Neoplast, a Thailand-based manufacturer/distributor of surgical tapes and dressings and first aid bandages for the professional and consumer markets across the Asia Pacific region. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter subject to customary closing conditions, were not disclosed.
