Jacob Holm & Sons STA changes name to Vernal
Holding company Jacob Holm & Sons STA has been renamed Vernal. The group comprises Jacob Holm’s special and technical business division, including subsidiaries Norafin, a manufacturer of technical and speciality nonwovens, and Tytex, a producer of medical textiles for global healthcare companies.
