France-based beneteau , a leading builder of sailing yachts worldwide, has designated DSM Dyneema's ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibre as its "material of choice" for the running rigging on its boats and will cooperate with the Dutch manufacturer to develop this application.
