LD Equity increases its stake in Jacob Holm & Sons STA to take complete ownership

1 April 2007
Danish investment company LD Equity will become the sole shareholder in Jacob Holm & Sons STA after agreeing to buy out its existing partner's 40% stake. LD Equity will buy the 40% shareholding of Poul Mikkelsen, the owner of Jacob Holm & Sonner A/S, to leave it as the sole owner.
