Czech nonwovens producer Pegas raised Euro136m (US$176.3m) in its initial public offering, selling almost 4.4 million new and existing shares, together with 657 750 over-allotment shares. The shares were priced at Euro27 (US$35) ahead of the launch of trading on the Prague and Warsaw exchanges.
