London, UK-based holding company BBA Group has announced details of the proposed demerger/spin-off of its Fiberweb business unit, but has withdrawn a previous profit forecast for the business that indicated a secondhalf improvement. Under the proposal, Fiberweb is planned to be listed as a separate public company on the London Stock Exchange.
