3M has added the Steri-Strip S surgical skin closure to its range of woundcare products. The non-invasive, adhesive-based wound closure device is designed to treat low-tension lacerations and surgical incisions. It is said to offer increased patient comfort; easier and faster application than sutures; and good cosmetic results.
