McAirlaid’s announces US investment and expansion
German nonwovens producer McAirlaid’s is to invest US$85 million over the next six years in setting up an airlaid nonwovens manufacturing plant in Rocky Mount, Virginia, USA. The initial investment includes a slitting terminal to service existing customers in North America. This will be followed by the installation of airlaid production capacity.
