Maccaferri Group buys Epitropic Fibres and Linear Composites
The Maccaferri Group of Bologna, Italy, has acquired for an undisclosed amount Epitropic Fibres and Linear Composites from the UK’s JWH Group. (Both the acquired companies were originally ICI subsidiaries.)
