Israeli seamless intimate apparel maker Tefron has sold its ownership interest in the US-based AlbaHealth business, which manufactures and sells textile healthcare products. The value of the transaction is around US$13 million. AlbaHealth was formerly a partnership between Tefron and Encompass Group of the USA.
