A close-fitting compression garment has been developed by Veronica Smith of Richmond, California, USA. The device is used to provide adjustable compressive force over a surgical site in the dorsocervical region (below the neck, above and between the shoulder blades of the upper back) for post-surgical rehabilitation of patients having undergone a dorsocervical lipectomy.
