Kimberly-Clark is to invest US$120 million in production in Turkey over the next five years and create about 1000 jobs. In July 2005, the maker of Huggies baby diapers said it would cut its workforce by about 10% and close or sell 20 plants as it seeks to improve its diaper and healthcare businesses and expand in emerging markets.
