Dublin, Ireland-based Alltracel Pharmaceuticals has announced a partnership agreement with the Yunnan Baiyao Group, China's largest consumer wound care company, for the development and co-marketing of Alltracel's m.doc stop-bleeding technology in China and other international markets.
