A disposable waste containment garment that can be used as a swimsuit is described in US Patent 6 863 665 by Kimberly-Clark. The device (10) features a waste containment structure (12) that has an absorbent composite positioned between the wearer and cover, and a pair of containment flaps (64, 66) joined to the structure, says the company of Neenah, Wisconsin, USA.
