Microtek Medical Holdings of Columbis, Mississippi, USA, has announced that its newly formed Netherlands-based subsidiary, Microtek Medical BV, has acquired certain businesses of International Medical Products and affiliates from Cardinal Health. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
