A ground-breaking costume that would light up when Michael Jackson performed his hit 'Billie Jean' was planned for his O2 Arena tour, which tragically never happened due to the singer's untimely death in June last year. What could have been, however, and the full effect of the outfit, can be seen on the recently-released 'This Is It' DVD.
