    Protection for Victorian heritage site

More than 2,000 square metres of a new all-in-one breathable multi-foil roofing membrane have been installed during the renovation of three large roofs at Crossness – a group of London listed buildings constructed in the Romanesque style featuring rare ornamental Victorian cast ironwork. TLX Gold, manufactured by Web Dynamics, based in Blackrod, Lancashire, UK, is a three layer material consisting of a high performance breather membrane, a core of PET wadding interleaved with reflective films and a base layer of reflective film which reflects infra-red rays back into living space.
