Cummins Filtration has signed a cooperation with Elmarco of the Czech Republic with the aim of developing new nanofibre media technologies for automotive and related filtration systems. Cummins, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is a leading manufacturer of filtration, exhaust, coolant and chemical technology for engine-powered systems. It has customers in more than 160 countries through a network of 550 company-owned and independent distributor facilities and more than 5,000 dealer locations. It reported sales of $11.4 billion in 2006.
