Zyvex, of Richardson, Texas, is to establish a nanomaterials prototyping facility at the Polymer Processing Center within the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Zyvex additives can deliver enhanced electrical, mechanical or other physical properties by selectively transferring the superior intrinsic properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) into composite materials.
